Camping Cooler
What’s the best way to water cool for about a week? Camping Trip?
going on a camping trip and want to bring a bunch of bottle waters. What’s the best way to keep them cool?
A cooler, like Rubbermaid or something?
Or a styrofoam cooler?
What do you suggest?
Get them chilled first at home, then put them into a good cooler, not a Styrofoam one. Coleman makes good ones. Then fill up the cooler with ice to cover the water bottles. Do not freeze the water bottles. Freezing those one time use bottles releases carcinogens into the water from the plastic. The more you open the cooler, the faster the ice will melt and will need more ice added to it before the week is over. It should last 3 days though…
